Dr. Daniel I. Shrager, M.D.
Fellow, American Academy of Dermatology; Diplomate, American Board of Dermatology
Dr. Shrager is a Board Certified Dermatologist (RE-CERTIFIED 2019, 2009, 1999 AMERICAN BOARD OF DERMATOLOGY) who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine, where he was a Penn Medical Scholar. He completed his residency training in Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University Medical College in Philadelphia, where he received extensive training in laser surgery and clinical cutaneous pharmacology. Dr. Shrager graduated Magna Cum Laude, with distinction in all subjects, and Phi Beta Kappa from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University.
Dr. Shrager specializes in all aspects of dermatology and dermatological surgery. He also has extensive training in cosmetic dermatology and has treated thousands of satisfied patients with Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Kybella, and Fraxel laser surgical procedures. Dr. Shrager is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He serves as a staff physician at Capital Health, St. Luke’s Quakertown Campus, and and St. Luke's Grand View Campus
Carly R. Overland, P.A.-C
Carly was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. Her passion for science led her to earn her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware with a BA in Biology. While at Delaware, she was a member of the Biological Sciences Honor Society and a National Collegiate Scholar. In addition, she was a four year member of the University of Delaware dance team. Carly continued her education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. During her elective rotation at the Advanced Plastic Surgery Center in Newark, she focused on her passion for skin care, cosmetics, and surgery. Her love of aesthetics led her to become the founder and managing partner of Pure by Alpha Dermatology, an innovative medical aesthetics spa, melding her love of dermatology and beauty together. Carly currently resides in Bucks County with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs. She loves spending time with her family, CrossFit, and is always continuing her education and knowledge in the beauty aesthetics industry.
Drew C. Soda, P.A.-C
Drew, a native of Bucks County, earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015. During his time at UMass and for several years post-graduation Drew worked at Alpha Dermatology training with Dr. Shrager and Carly. Drew earned his Masters in Biomedical Science at the University of Denver in 2018, working in research in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Pennsylvania and publishing clinical research. In 2019, Drew was offered a training position at the Westfield State University Physician Assistant program near Amherst, Mass. During this time, he completed rigorous training in multiple surgical specialties, focusing on plastic surgery and repair techniques with Dr. Brent Rosen, of Rosen Cosmetic and Facial Plastic Surgery. Drew has a passion for surgical dermatology as well as for immune modulating therapies for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. His practice philosophy is focused on treating the body as an interconnected system and searching for the root cause of disease. Drew enjoys educating patients and offering them lifestyle modifications to augment modern therapeutics. Drew is an avid outdoorsman and CrossFit enthusiast.
Leah Hassett, P.A.-C
Leah was born and raised in Bucks County, PA and earned her undergraduate degree at Drexel University. In 2014 she moved to California and continued her education at Touro University, where she obtained both her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Public Health degrees. While in California she started her career in dermatology and had the privilege of training with several esteemed West Coast injectors. She is also a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Leah and her family moved back to Bucks County in 2022. She enjoys spending family time with her husband and their two daughters. With a passion for both dermatology and medical aesthetics, Leah is committed to providing comprehensive care to her patients. Whether it's addressing dermatological conditions or cosmetic concerns, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Victoria Caputo, P.A.-C
Tori, born and raised in Bucks County, is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant who graduated with her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College in 2025 and her Bachelor of Science from Elizabethtown College in 2023. While at Elizabethtown, Tori was a four-year starting pitcher for the softball team. Throughout her academic and clinical training, Tori developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care, teamwork, and medical decision-making across a wide range of specialties. During her PA school rotations, she provided comprehensive care, assisted in surgical and diagnostic procedures, and demonstrated empathy and professionalism in each patient interaction. She trained with Carly, Drew, and Dr. Shrager while on her elective rotation at Alpha Dermatology. Driven by empathy, service, and a lifelong commitment to learning, Tori is excited to deliver high-quality, compassionate care as a certified physician assistant. Her diverse experiences—in clinical practice, education, and advocacy—has prepared her to serve patients with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.
Laura Kendrick, MHA, RT(T)
Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2010 and her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in 2015. For more than 15 years, Laura has worked at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in the treatment of complex cancers using both proton and photon therapies. Throughout her career, she has traveled internationally to train radiation therapists and has presented at multiple global conferences, sharing insights on the latest advancements in radiation therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Laura has held roles as a Charge Therapist and Radiation Therapy Manager, overseeing departmental operations and driving quality improvement projects. Laura resides in Montgomery County with her husband, two children, two dogs, and eight chickens. In her spare time, she enjoys flower farming and owns The Little Corner Farm.
